Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using wbio.lol (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

wbio.lol provides a customizable profile page platform where users can create personalized bio pages with various features including social links, music integration, visual effects, badges, and more. Some features require a paid Premium upgrade.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or license keys with others unless explicitly permitted (e.g., reseller keys). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Purchases & Payments

All purchases (Premium keys, badges, W Coins, etc.) are processed through Stripe or SellAuth. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds for digital products once a license key has been delivered or redeemed. If you experience a technical issue preventing key delivery, contact us via Discord for support.

5. License Keys

License keys grant access to specific features or items. Keys are single-use unless otherwise stated. Sharing, reselling (outside of designated reseller keys), or distributing keys without authorization is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke keys obtained through fraud or abuse.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, hateful, or NSFW content to your profile
• Impersonate other users or public figures
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape data or abuse the platform
• Abuse the badge or W Coins system

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design of wbio.lol is owned by wbio.lol and its creators. Users retain ownership of content they upload (avatars, custom badges, etc.) but grant us a license to display it on the platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or feature changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, wbio.lol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via Discord or on-site announcements.
